SAFETY IS OUR MAIN PRIORITY
At Arena 360, safety always comes first. Our rules and procedures have been carefully elaborated to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors. Our goal is for you to enjoy every moment in the park while minimizing the risk of injury. Please take a moment to carefully read through our safety rules.
Before using the trampolines, all visitors must sign the “Liability Waiver”, which provides detailed information about the potential risks of jumping. Watching a short safety video before starting your session is mandatory. This video explains how to jump safely and how to respect others’ space.
Our trained guards are present in all key spots of the park at all times to ensure that visitors follow the rules correctly and to offer guidance and assistance when needed. All visitors must read and accept the rules and conditions of Arena 360 – Trampoline Park. Visitors must strictly and promptly follow the staff’s instructions. Before entering the trampolines, every visitor must have signed the “Liability Waiver.”
Visitors under 16 years old must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf.
To access the trampolines, all visitors must wear a “Session Wristband,” which must be kept visible at all times. The park is open to children aged 2 and above. Children aged 2 to 5 must use the designated toddler area and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under 12 years old must be supervised by an adult while in the park. The use of trampolines under the influence of alcohol or any other substances is strictly prohibited. Food and drinks are not allowed in the jumping area. The use of mobile phones, jewelry, or any other accessories while jumping is prohibited.
Pockets must be empty; for personal belongings, you can use our secure lockers. Be mindful of other visitors, especially younger children.
It is of utmost importance to respect others’ space and keep in mind that not everyone has the same level of trampoline experience. Younger children are encouraged to use their designated area to avoid contact with older visitors. All visitors must wear Arena 360’s special socks, which provide better stability and safety.
Each trampoline is designed for one person at a time. Jumping with two people on the same trampoline can cause loss of control and increases the risk of injury. Always try to land on both feet and be aware of your own abilities. Limit flips and spins to one at a time. Double flips are not allowed for safety reasons
Flipping or spinning while jumping from one trampoline to another is not allowed. Running or engaging in dangerous behavior in the park is prohibited. Lying down or sitting on the trampolines is not allowed. If you need to take a break, please use the designated rest areas or stop by the café. Do not attempt to move the safety mats or nets. They are in place for everyone’s protection and should not be tampered with
Who should not use the trampolines?
Visitors who currently have or have previously suffered from any medical condition should consult a doctor before using the park.
